EP Validations – Patent Annuities
Effective from 2025-04-13, the official fees for a European patent validation will increase from 23 500 to 31 500 HUF, and the fees for the number of pages in excess of 5 will increase from 3 500 to 4 700 HUF per page.
Concerning the patent annuities, the new official fees are as follows:

Montenegro
EP Validations
Effective from 2025-03-27, in case the procedural language at the EPO is German or French, an English translation of the patent specification is now required for filing a European patent validation in Montenegro.
Saudi Arabia
Patent Annuities
Please be advised that the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property (SAIP) has become strict in applying the Patent Law and its Executive Regulations stipulating that access to application details is strictly limited to the applicant, inventor, or their legally authorised agent, evidenced by a power of attorney. However, for applications filed prior to December 2023, the Saudi Intellectual Property Office permits annuity payments regardless of being filed by agent or not and also PoA presence. Conversely, for applications filed from December 2023 onwards, the SAIP mandates that the paying entity must be the designated agent of service, supported by a formally executed PoA.
