We would like to share some recent updates to official fees in Denmark concerning the services offered by iPify.

EP Validations – IP Maintenance
The Danish Patent Office has introduced the following changes as of 2026-01-01.
Here are the new official fees for European patent validation:

Please note that the new official fees below will be applied to annuities due after 2026-03-31.
Concerning the patent annuities, the new official fees are as follows:

| 9th year after filing | DKK | 2735 |
| 10th year after filing | DKK | 3070 |
| 11th year after filing | DKK | 3415 |
| 12th year after filing | DKK | 3745 |
| 13th year after filing | DKK | 4080 |
| 14th year after filing | DKK | 4415 |
| 15th year after filing | DKK | 4820 |
| 16th year after filing | DKK | 5220 |
| 17th year after filing | DKK | 5620 |
| 18th year after filing | DKK | 6030 |
| 19th year after filing | DKK | 6425 |
| 20th year after filing | DKK | 6830 |
Concerning the SPC, the new official fees are as follows:
