Updates on Official Fees: Algeria, Argentina and Monaco

We would like to share some recent updates to the official fees in Algeria, Argentina and Monaco concerning the services offered by iPify.

Algeria

IP Maintenance

We have recently been informed of changes introduced by the Algerian Patent Office affecting patent maintenance for the year 2026, as outlined below.

The changes only relate to patent annuities for corporate applicants* and are as follows:

*Please note that the above official fees include 19% VAT

Argentina

IP Maintenance

The Argentinian National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI) has introduced significant changes, effective as of 2026-04-01.

The changes related to design renewals are as follows:

Please note that this represents a significant increase in maintenance fees. It may therefore be preferable to proceed with payments before the effective date of the new fees in order to benefit from the current, lower rates.

Monaco
